Well people it was a wicked party at the Irish pub Mick O'Connells last time indecember 31th 2007. DJ Medusa started out (hot) after & rung in the New Year to the sounds of  his Tribal style & kept on scorching the floor of the pub. There was no place to put the fans & visitors & then some. This party was off the hook, the vibes was pumping & DJ Medusa got heckled 'cause he had to leave at 4:30 a.m...sorry folks!!! We would like to thank the fans & party-seekers, DJ Medusa's new fans for the support they have given DJ Medusa on that New Years night & a special shout out to the bar personal(John, Mike & Jamilla) of the Irish Pub. Thanks for keeping it sane... WHAT'S GOING DOWN! The Korg Extreme workstation for the studio just arrived. Guest & friends alike were amazed & were in "awe" to hear the sounds this machine produced. For some time already DJ Medusa was getting ready for this "Blue Meanie" to be an integral part of his music producing creations. Also DJ Medusa is working hard on some of his own tracks. Rumor has it that he & the rest of the crew, will be making some new tune with assistance of long time friend DJ EKA the Mad Samplist, while others in the studio will hold it down with the furious beat making & arrangements. Word has it that the album will be made with the stricktest secrecy & that the final pieces will hopefully be here(in Holland) before the cd is done. We will keep you posted. Yet another playout,soon We are doing our best to do a play out at Rose's lounge on the Rijnkade in Arnhem real soon. This is like with a little of the South Beach tinge at Rose's Lounge & Restaurant. Stay pending, might also be doing some lounge & chillout on sundays at this joint... Rumor has it that the crew (Bear Essentials & cohorts) are working on a hush-hush project on getting the "Visage vibes" back. We are talking about dance music from a certain year & we won't say no more. We wish them lots of luck & we hope that the fans of DJ Medusa will help make this happening real large. Also Pecao is working on a Lounge CD with surprising ingredients to make you lick your lips... he gave us a preview of the new sounds & he's got this thing on lock, damn we wanted more... Also there are some projects in the making but DJ Medusa was pretty tightlipped about it, but we managed to get some info about he's gonna do some work with his long time radio station mate DJ EKA the Mad Samplist. Stay tuned to more news on this collaboration, gonna be beautifull i tell ya!!!

Bits & peaces! This picture here is DJ Jose("Stepping to the beat"-song) from Hulanda. He played inside @ Havana Beach Club while DJ Medusa was rockin' it outside on tha beach. DJ Medusa did open for him in 2005 at Havana for a House party, sinds then the two has been very keen of each other. Succes dude...! Another project that DJ Medusa got into while on Aruba was playing on the radio. With this move he was a sub for certain dj's that couldn't make it for their time slots. He always had a wicked line-up of tunes at Radio Caruso Booi. He would lending support to Sunny on saturdays. More on this move in Holland soon, stay tuned. On the last weekend June(Sunday when Holland lost at soccer)) was a wicked jam played & grooved by DJ Medusa. He got to play for Geoffrey & M. Oduber birthday bash on the beach. It was an all white &/or Khaki dress code & he was out there from 1pm, setting up & testing the sound & his equipment. This party was at Eagle beach in front of Le Dome. The band DEJAVU, played 2 sets & the party was of the hook. As he spinned his tunes on the Denon DN-S3000, he rocked & wrecked the scene & the crowd at Eagle was into the 80's tunes that he like to jam for this type of crowds. This event was with an open bar experience. We like to thank the fans who showed up for the Visage Vibe Party at Yuwana Sports Bar. We hope to keep another party soon at this etablishment on the 1st of april, 2006. More on that soon. This will be a party of 80's music & a touch of the "R&B and soul chillout vibes" with the hot tunes of today. Stay pending for more info on this fet!!!  Hopefully the next major gig is for the BEACH Festival in 2006 & the "Let's Lounge" experience. But more on that when we know more.
